About me and my works

I am a multifaceted and eclectic artist, as I love researching, experimenting, renewing myself, always creating something new without forgetting that I was born as a landscape painter. In fact, although born as a Figurative Artist, I do not despise Abstract and Conceptual Art. In fact my Art cannot be reduced to a single style, but to many styles that represent me.

My art changes with experience, it changes with knowledge, it evolves in what is still unknown.

In my works you can see my complex personality, the innate curiosity that has always distinguished me, continuous research.

With my brushstrokes I create stains. I shape colors.

Being Eclectic makes me an optimistic and certainly happy person.

Experience

Class 1977. I’m Italian.

Pugliese from birth,

Sicilian for love,

Spanish for adoption.

I was initially trained in graphic arts at the Istituto d’Arte di Grottaglie (TA), a city in Apulia famous for its traditional pottery. I continue my training in the artistic field first in Lecce then in Rome, where I first graduate in Scenography at the Academy of Fine Arts then in Decoration and Architecture of the Interiors in the Faculty of Architecture Valle Giulia of the Sapienza University.

During academic studies I participate in exhibitions and competitions of ideas. Over the years I have drawn and painted, trying different techniques but always preferring one: watercolor, technique in which I have specialized. I am very grateful to the watercolor because since 2014 it has given me the opportunity to exhibit internationally, between Europe, Latin America and Asia.

Leader of the Canary Islands in the International Watercolor Meeting: FabrianoInAcquarello.
